The challenge

One of the challenges of the project was adapting the platform to the requirements and specifics of the market in the Republic of Moldova. It was also important to organize a large volume of medical information in a clear and easy-to-navigate structure for users. Ensuring a high level of security and performance for accessing online services was another essential aspect in the development of the application.

Our process

The process started with the analysis of the specific requirements of the Moldovan market and the way of interaction between patients and Synevo medical services, defining a clear structure for quick access to analyses, locations and appointments. We continued with the stage of UI/UX design, carried out in line with Synevo's visual identity, emphasizing clarity and accessibility.

In development, we implemented the website on CMS, along with a dedicated online scheduling system, optimized for real medical flows. A AI medical chatbot was also integrated, capable of providing assistance and interpretation of analyses. The platform was delivered end-to-end, including training for the client team, optimization for performance and security, as well as ongoing SLA support.
