The challenge was building a secure and stable flow for transmitting medical data from patients to doctors in real time.
It was necessary to integrate an appointments system correlated with online consultation sessions.
Implementing video calls required developing a custom WebRTC solution, optimized for stability and low latency.
We managed synchronization between medical data, doctor availability, and live sessions in a coherent and secure system.

We defined a complete interaction flow between users, the X-Wrist device, and the medical platform, starting from the purchase of a service package. Users can choose doctors from a list, filtered by specialties, each having a profile with reviews and rating, while subscriptions can be configured for multiple periods, with payment made in EUR.

After scheduling, users join a video conference with the doctor directly from the app. During the session, the doctor has real-time access to data collected by the device: steps, ECG, calories, nutrition, and complete health reports, all correlated in a unified system for assessment and recommendations.

The result is a functional telemedicine platform, through which doctors can provide online consultations based on real data collected from patients.
The system facilitates access to digital medical services, reducing reaction time and increasing the efficiency of the medical act.
Physicians benefit from complete visibility into health parameters, enabling informed decisions and quick interventions.
