For RenewAcad, part of the Monsson group, we have developed a complete digital ecosystem that combines iOS and Android mobile apps with landing pages optimized for conversion and a VR app for training. The project included defining and strengthening the brand identity, developing the digital infrastructure and implementing promotional campaigns on TikTok, Google and Facebook. The project was co-financed by the European Union.

The challenge

The main challenge was to develop the project in strict accordance with the rules and requirements of the EU funding programs, while maintaining a high technical standard. The VR component involved a complex stage of documentation and production, which involved direct access to the interior of a wind turbine, a photovoltaic park and an energy storage station.

We used 360° footage and carefully constructed scenarios to recreate the real field experience as faithfully as possible. The objective was to provide an authentic feeling of immersion, without compromising the technical accuracy or safety of the information presented.


Our process

The process started with an extended analysis phase, in which we defined the app's functionalities and understood the structure of the training programs. We worked closely with the analysis, support, and training teams to align the digital product with the learners' real needs. Direct interaction with technical experts allowed us to model educational flows and usage scenarios correctly.

A major challenge was developing the first VR app dedicated to learners, designed to offer a real feeling of entering a wind turbine or a photovoltaic park. We translated technical processes into an immersive, realistic, and safe experience that complements the theoretical component through practical simulation.


Result

The result was the development of a complete digital ecosystem consisting of iOS and Android apps, along with a VR app that gives future learners a realistic experience of renewable energy activities. The VR component allows the simulation of interaction with a wind turbine or a photovoltaic park, facilitating a practical understanding of the work environment.

We implemented promotion and awareness campaigns on TikTok, Google and Facebook, supported by conversion-optimized landing pages and clear data collection and analysis mechanisms. The project included the development of branding materials and the structuring of a complete operational process, adapted to the requirements and funding rules of EU programs, ensuring traceability, reporting and compliance.
