It was necessary to educate consumers and build trust in digital ordering in a context dominated by phone orders. Over time, the website and mobile apps became the main sales channels, surpassing the three brick-and-mortar restaurants in importance. Positioning as an online leader required maintaining a constant pace of innovation, and the client understood that continuous investment and technological adaptation were essential, reaching today the third major stage of remaking and digitizing the platform.
