One of the main challenges of the Nichiduta project was organizing a large volume of products and categories into a clear and easy-to-navigate structure for users. It was also necessary to optimize the shopping experience so the selection and checkout process would be fast and intuitive. Efficient integration of payment, delivery, and stock management systems was another important element in developing the platform.
The development process for the Nichiduță online store started with analyzing product structure and user behavior, later evolving into a long-term project developed and constantly optimized for 14 years. We built a scalable platform architecture, extended through hundreds of API integrations, adapted to continuously changing business needs.
Over time, we developed multiple complementary modules, including a warehouse app (WMS), CRM, invoicing systems, and stock management, all interconnected in a unified ecosystem. The platform was continuously optimized for performance, automation, and high order volume, becoming a complex system that supports daily operations at scale. We currently have integrations with various platforms: Emag Marketplace, Temu, Trendyol, and sales in countries such as Greece and Bulgaria.
