One of the challenges of the project was the secure integration of the application with internal systems for accessing medical results and patient data. The app also needed to be optimized to run quickly and stably on a wide range of mobile devices. Ensuring a simple and intuitive but also secure experience for users, in the context of managing complex medical information, represented another important aspect of the development.

The process of creating the MySynevo mobile application began with the analysis of patients' needs and how they interact with medical services in the digital environment. An application architecture was defined to allow quick access to information about tests, results and medical history. The interface design has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use, with an emphasis on clarity and accessibility on mobile devices. During the development stage, functionalities such as secure authentication, viewing analysis results and scheduling management were implemented. The app has been integrated with Synevo's internal systems for real-time data synchronization. Finally, the application went through rigorous testing stages to ensure performance, stability and security in use.

A unique application on the Romanian market, which brings added value to diagnostic services through the complete digitization of the patient-laboratory relationship. The platform offers quick access to results, evolutionary interpretation of analyzes and integration with telemedicine services, facilitating direct interaction with doctors.
