The interface was designed to be simple and fast to use in the field, directly from mobile devices. During development, features were implemented such as route display, delivery status updates, and confirmation of order handover.

The result of implementation was full optimization of the delivery process, from order intake and management to intelligent route allocation and real-time route optimization. Dispatchers now have clear visibility over the entire operational flow, while delivery drivers benefit from efficient and easy-to-follow routes.
