The main challenge was building a stable, scalable platform capable of supporting business growth and sustaining it through new development and increasing digitalization requirements. The project, started in 2022, went through multiple updates to generate value, automate as many internal processes as possible, and eliminate human error.
The client came up with a business model based on the sale of auto parts, without a digital infrastructure. The products came from multiple sources, with different data structures, requiring a complex process of matching and normalization. It required completely defining the management, bidding and invoicing flows from scratch.
Integration with SmartBill, couriers and a WMS system was critical to daily operations as the lack of a centralized system made inventory and order control impossible.
The result was a 90% reduction in order processing errors, by fully automating the flows.
The warehouse was digitized through the WMS application, with real-time traceability and control.
Operational downtime has been eliminated and flows have become predictable and fast.
