The challenge

Taking over Synevo Romania in 2019 meant starting the complete digitalization of services and internal processes, helping the Touch Media team adapt to the business model and medical domain, and aligning with the methodology imposed by Synevo Medicover at group level. 

Our process

The website creation process for Synevo Romania started with an analysis phase of user needs and the services offered by the laboratory network. Touch Media took over a WordPress website that had reached its limits and carried out a complete redesign, while keeping the WordPress platform according to group requirements.  This was followed by defining the information structure and site architecture so access to information about tests, locations, and appointments would be fast and intuitive.


The design team created a modern visual concept aligned with the brand identity and focused on clarity and trust. Later, after several years of operation, a new site was built on the Laravel platform.  The interface was translated into front-end development and integrated with internal systems for managing results and appointments. Optimizations were implemented for performance, security, and compatibility across all devices. Finally, the site went through testing and optimization stages to ensure an efficient digital experience for patients and partners.

Result

A result that met the group's expectations and continues to deliver impact through continuous redesign and the addition of new functionalities on the Synevo website.  Learning sessions and process alignment between both companies had a positive effect, with immediate online results. Right after launching the new site and shop, conversion increased significantly, and with support from the marketing team it continues to grow through constant improvements delivered over 5 years of development. During these years, unique modules were developed for the Romanian market, such as the first fully digitized online CAS appointment system.
